Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and unused.
Please contact us to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is deemed to be in its original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.

Restocking Fee

Please note that we have a 15% restocking fee on all returns. This fee covers the cost of restocking and processing the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the return process. We will ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the fault, along with photographs or videos, if possible. We will then review your claim and determine whether the item is eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision on whether an item is faulty or not. We may ask you to return the item to us for inspection, and we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund, as per your preference. If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer you a store credit or a full refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision on whether an item is eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. If we determine that the item is not faulty, we may offer you an exchange, at our discretion. We may also charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total amount of the item, depending on the circumstances.
