We strive to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible! For orders placed by 3:00 PM (GMT) on Tuesday, we aim to dispatch them on the following Saturday. During busy times, dispatch may take a bit longer, but we’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly.
For any backordered items, please allow up to 5 extra working days for dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your delivery (here). Once your package is on its way, the Royal Mail website will provide the latest delivery updates.
